Returns & Exchange

At Epona’s Horses, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a fair and transparent return and exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Return Policy

Returning products is acceptable under the following conditions:

The returned product must be placed back in its original plastic packaging and sent to our provided address. Products are eligible for return within 5 days of purchase. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

All returned items must be in the exact condition they were sold in—clean, unused, and undamaged. The reason for return must be clearly stated when initiating the return process.
Please note that courier/shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer. The full value of the returned item must be covered, and the product must be shipped back at the customer’s expense

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, we’re happy to assist. You must inform us of the original product purchased and the desired replacement product. If there is a price difference between the two products, we will inform you of the additional amount to be paid.

Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase. Beyond this period, exchanges will not be accepted. The original invoice must be provided in all cases to verify the purchase date.

If the price of the new product is the same as the originally purchased item, the customer will only need to cover the courier charges. If the replacement product costs more, the price difference plus courier fees must be paid by the customer.
All exchanged products must be returned in good condition. If the original product is damaged in any way, we must be notified beforehand. In both return and exchange cases, providing the invoice is mandatory as proof of purchase.
